Abrams' enthusiasm in servicing his clients means nothing is ever too much trouble. "I want to make people’s lives as easy as possible. If we need to take our office to a client’s house, we’ll do that, no matter what the expense. If a client needs me to fly to them – that is no problem. Additionally, if anyone here has a property in Europe that needs overseeing, I can act as their liaison person because I know the European mentality well, and can represent American clients without there being any cultural or language misunderstandings. From arranging hotels to dining and entertainment, I will personally handle everything.”
In 1977 Abrams decided to relocate to California. He says "Even though I have changed my residence, I am still very much involved with the real estate market there."
